Michael Daly is the founder of Executive Coaching and Mentoring Ltd and has more than twenty five years experience at General Management and Managing Director level in both the UK and overseas in large organisations such as British Aerospace, GEC and Hanson as well as small and medium size companies. An engineer by training Michael has been involved in setting up companies and turning around failing companies.
Michael has worked in Belgium, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Turkey, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Japan and the USA and has extensive experience of multi-cultural team building.

As well as holding three high level degrees in human relations related field Hana Nagi was formally recognised as a distinguished employee of Dubai by H. H. Mohamed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, ruler of Dubai.

Joanne HannahJoanne Hannah trained with one of the UK’s top coaching companies in 2004. She was also trained by Scotland’s foremost Mediator and is a fully certified Mediator and a qualified Neuro Lingusitic Programming (NLP) Practitioner.
Joanne has 14 years of senior management experience in hospitality and commercial leisure in the UK and Far East. During that time Joanne was specifically tasked with leading companies in difficult market conditions and “turning them around.” She gained a MBA in International Business Management in 2002.

Shahieda Jansen Shahieda Jansen is clinical psychologist, registered nurse, psychotherapist and coach who consults with individuals, groups and corporates. She has worked in the public and private health sector for 13 years. As part of a multinational team she designed and implemented a European Union (EU)-funded health programme.
She has experience in providing onsite-trauma debriefing for companies and advises management in dealing with trauma issues in the workplace. She was counselling manager to The Directorate of Special Operations (Scorpions), the top crime prevention agency in South Africa. Key aspects of her tasks included change management, cultural diversity, team building, conflict management and wellness promotion among the recruits.
She designs mentoring programmes and provides ongoing training and support of mentors. She is a coach to senior managers in the corporate sector as well as providing mentoring and coaching to smaller organisations.
