Small and Medium Size Enterprises or SMEs are of great importance to most economies. Some countries have realised only recently the contribution SMEs make to their economy and to the future wealth of each country. In most countries SMEs employ a large proportion of the working population, generate a significant amount of wealth and contribute to technology development. SME support in Europe has improved but still fails to deliver what is really required.

Although SMEs are so important most governments have difficulty providing the type of support and help that is required. Most government interventions are designed by people with a public service or large corporate background which often means the level of bureaucracy makes a lot of government schemes unattractive to SMEs.

The leader of a SME rarely has time to fully consider business tactics never mind strategy. Conventional consultancy is often of little assistance to the SME as there is very little capacity with which to take on the extra activities recommended by the consultant.

Our approach is different in that we carry out the additional actions required on behalf of the owners.
