Personal Profiling

Personal Profiling is a service we offer which you may use for personal or work related purposes. It is very difficult to set goals and decide on direction and development needs unless you know yourself and your inherent strengths. Most people do not know themselves very well as they practise very little introspection and self-analysis. Very few people ask for feedback as they are concerned about what colleagues and friends really think about them

The result of this lack of objective information is people making the wrong choices about their careers and personal goals and then wondering why they are not satisfied.

Personal Profile Analysis  - PPA

This system considers factors of Dominance, Influence, Steadtness and Compliance and shows your self-perception, how you change when you go to work and how you change when under extreme pressure. The system produces a detailed report including signs of stress and advises if the stress is work related.

 

Belbin  Belbin Team Role

This system considers how you prefer to operate as part of a team and suggests team roles for which you are suited and those you should avoid.

 

Apter  Apter Motivational Style Profile

This system considers what motivates you and your current state of motivation.

 

These three detailed reports will be sent to you after you have completed the simple questionnaires and will provide you with information to help you plan your career and identify areas for self-development. After reading the reports you can telephone one of our coaches who will go through your reports with you and answer any questions you may have.

The reports can also be produced for your employees in which case the reports will be sent to the company. For employee reports it is possible to add 360-degree and 180-degree feedback.
