Personal Profile Analysis - PPA

Personal Profile Analysis - PPA is a well proven system developed by Thomas International. The PPA looks at four main terms; Dominance, Influencing, Steadyness and Compliance - these are sometimes described as power, people, pace and procedures.

Following replies to a simple, multi-choice questionnaire an analysis is produced which considers these four terms in various settings. The first setting is "Self Image" which shows how the individual considers themself. The next setting is the "Work Mask" which shows how the individual modifies their behaviour when at work. The final setting is "Behaviour Under Pressure" which shows how the individual modifies their behaviour yet again when under extreme pressure.

The report produces a graph for each setting showing how the profile changes as well as providing a detailed written report. It is possible to identify signs of stress and determine if the stress is related to work or the individual's personal life.

The DISC Personality Test is a well proven system of predicting how individuals and teams are likely to perform in a variety of environments. The DISC Personality Test is frequently used as part of a recruitment process to identify candidates who may be technically competent but would be difficult to manage or work with.
