Prior Assessments

Sometimes it is beneficial to carry out either a 360-degree or a 180-degree assessment prior to the commencement of the coaching programme. A lot of clients are new to coaching and are not familiar with thinking about and visualising goals. A reasonable amount of self-analysis is required which again may be new to clients. The prior assessments help the client to articulate strengths and areas which could be improved. Self-appraisals are also included and a comparison between the self-appraisal and the feedback may identify areas worthy of investigation.
