One to one coaching is one of our most popular services. Even when we coach a team each member of the team will often receive one-to-one coaching to help them contribute fully to the team and help them realise their own personal goals.
One to one coaching requires a high level of rapport and trust between the client and the coach. In order to provide some reassurance during the early stages each client receives an individual written confidentiality agreement.
We have a variety of coaches with differing backgrounds to allow the client to choose a coach to whom they can quickly relate. Some clients prefer a male coach, others prefer female, some prefer coaches with specific industry experience etc. We have a sufficiently large pool of coaches to meet most requirements.
