Coaching Culture

Coaching culture is being introduced in more organisations as the shortcomings of the old Command, Control and Coerce management styles become more apparent in times of rapid change and uncertainty.

Coaching culture is best introduced from the top down to allow each director and manager to provide coaching to their direct reports.
